　　Generally,butane solvent or the mixture of propane and butane is used in low temperature subcritical extraction of soybean oil.Compared with the crude oil extracted from hexane,the crude oil contains higher content of vitamin E and phytosterol,lower content of phospholipids,and the crude oil is lighter and white in color.The main process parameters are:

　　Moisture of blastocyst:5%~12%
　　Material solution ratio:1:1~1:1.5
　　Extraction pressure:≤0.5Mpa
　　Extraction temperature:20℃~40℃
　　Counter-current extraction times:4 times
